Role overview

Your duties will include supporting the strategy, implementation, and monitoring of our marketing campaigns across all networks. Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in copywriting, digital marketing, and social media management.

Your Challenge

Support the Head of Marketing in external communications and development & maintenance of the website and Flexidao brand.
Planning, supporting, and monitoring our marketing campaigns, across all channels.
Track and measure SEO, SEM and other metrics and provide comprehensive marketing reports to improve conversion.
Develop and execute social media campaigns (specifically LinkedIn Ads).
Leading on our Marketing Operations; cleaning and optimizing our CRM to ensure we obtain high-quality leads in alignment with sales strategy.

Must-haves

Creative and curious growth marketer with 2+ years of experience
Hands-on experience with Hubspot or related CRM
Experience with data analysis and generating marketing performance reports.
Excellent oral and written English skills
Experience with LinkedIn Ad Campaigns
Bachelors or Master in Marketing, Business Development or a similar relevant field
Eager to learn with a collaborative mindset.

Nice-to-have

Marketing Copywriting Experience
Experience with Webflow.
Experience with Google Analytics
Experience or knowledge of the renewable energy market.
Experience in a B2B startup
